Description

Tarot and Zines

Workshop Description: How do we move forward when faced with competing ideas about the best path to take? In this experiential writing workshop, we’ll cover two techniques for working intuitively with tarot and oracle to help parse the competing narratives in our head. Next, we’ll engage in journaling for self-reflection, then create zines that help us further interrogate and refine our insights. We’ll explore the ways that a zine’s structure and storytelling features enable perspective shifts, with time for brief optional sharing. No experience with tarot or oracle necessary! Please bring a deck if you have one; we will have plenty on hand if you don’t (or forget yours at home)!

Instructor: Jessica Yen
